Defective Returns
for this item are accepted within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
In order to initiate a return, Buyer MUST notify us prior to shipping back the defective item so that we may issue an RMA number. After we have been notified, Buyer must ship back the defective item within 7 days of being issued an RMA in order to receive a full refund.
