Razor Crazy Cart 24V, Excellent Condition, But Needs New Batteries! Local Pickup

This auction is for a Razor Crazy Cart & original charger.
It’s in Excellent cosmetic condition, but needs the batteries replaced. I’ll do my best to honestly describe the problem, but it’s being sold AS-IS.
The charger works and outputs the proper 24V, but even after leaving it charging overnight, I only get 6 volts out of the batteries. I’m guessing a cold Upstate NY winter killed the batteries.
All components are there…30A fuse is good. The power switch lights up in the on position when the charger is hooked up. And I can hear relays clicking in the controller when the “gas” pedal is pushed, but no movement from the motor. As soon and the charger is disconnected, the power light quickly fades off. Everything is completely dead when disconnected from charger.
The motor is good…generates a few volts at the plug when the wheel is spun by hand.
Tire holds air and shows very little wear. Can still see entire diamond pattern across tread.
It’s in excellent cosmetic condition. Looks like it hasn’t been used much. Decals are clean. Colors are bright and not too many scrapes around the frame or bottom.
For pickup only! Located just off State Route 352 (West Water Street) in West Elmira, New York. A few miles from Interstate 86 / State Route 17. Super easy with lots of parking for any size vehicle.
I’d love to keep this and install a bigger motor and batteries, but have too many toys as it is.. This one is perfect for someone familiar with them and wants to do some upgrades.
I’m 2 hours from Rochester or Syracuse. Also 2 hours from Scranton or Williamsport.
