PIELS REAL DRAFT PREMIUM BEER SIGN. BERT AND HARRY.
Piel's was originally founded in 1883 in Brooklyn, New York. After a long history they closed in 1973. The brand is now owned by Pabst. In 1955 the fictitious Piel's Bros owners Bert and Harry appeared as part of their clever advertising. (like Sesame Streets Bert and Ernie). I purchased a bunch of vintage N.Y. Piel's beer memorabilia from a retired collector. Trays, cans, bottles, coasters and lots of signs and lights. Please see other listings. This is Bert and harry on a draft keg in 3D. It is over 60 years old and looks great. It is in excellent display condition with some fading and a stain on the keg tap. Something may be missing at the bottom. 2 hooks can be seen. Comes with original hanging wire. The boys are usually cracked or missing on this one. Tin over cardboard. Vintage collectible. Approximately 11x13-1/2 inches. Item
