The motor and mechanicals have been tested and work perfectly, however the diaphragm is torn as seen in the picture and needs replaced.
Following are diaphragm repair kit part numbers and descriptions;
071723  -  (1) CR diaphragm, (2) SS reed valves, (2) washers, (1) hex nut, (1) CR head gasket, (1) screw
071724  -  (1) PTFE coated diaphragm, (2) SS reed valves, (2) washers, (1) hex nut, (1) PTFE head gasket, (1) screw
