Description

The Johnson Automatic Level is easier to use and quicker to set up than a builder’s level and transit level. It has a circular level or bulls-eye level mounted on the center to facilitate leveling. Once the bubble on the circular level is centered, a compensator takes over and maintains a true level line of sight and no further leveling is required at the location. With a leveling accuracy of ±1/16-inch at 200 feet, this auto level offers a ±15 arc-minute effective range and a ±0.8 arc second setting accuracy.
With its wire-hung magnetically dampened compensator, this Johnson auto level remains accurate and level through ground vibrations, operator handling as well as temperature changes. The Johnson Automatic Level horizontal circle is marked with 360 degrees graduations and a pentaprism for bubble viewing. It also comes with a focusable cross-hairs and a 5/8 x 11 thread that is compatible with most standard tripods.
This automatic level features a large easy-to-use focusing knob and fine adjustment knobs on left and right sides with an endless horizontal drive. It comes with a prism for bubble viewing and a top-mounted optical sight for quick reference. The Johnson Automatic Level Series is water resistant for use in most weather conditions. It includes an instruction manual with warranty card and hard-shell carrying case.
