To return an item(s) please notify us via My eBay, and state the order number on the subject and the remaining information in the message. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

Is your item faulty or damaged?
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery.
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods (or for perishable goods within their use by date) you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us via My eBay.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Items returned to us via collection or pre-paid label will take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
