The Guardian Fall Protection Bridge Guard Horizontal Lifeline is especially made with the needs of workers in the bridge-building industries in mind. It also works well in precast concrete and leading edge structural concrete applications. In addition, it makes it possible to set up horizontal lifeline systems quickly and easily. This product features a 75” post with a choice of 2-way or 4-way topper, a 90” intermediate post only (for runs between 60’ – 90’), or a separate 2-way or 4-way topper.
The Bridge Guard from Guardian Fall is an ideal option for those looking for a cost-effective, lightweight, and reusable system for PFAS and restraint. It may be used by up to 2 workers for fall arrest. In case of fall, the shock-absorbing poles and toppers of this component functions to expend the forces of fall arrest.
This product is made of aluminum for extreme durability and resistance against weather and harsh working conditions. It has a worker weight capacity range of 310 lbs. that can extended up to 420 lbs. when used with equipment for specified use. The minimum breaking strength is 5,000 lbs. No additional in-line shock absorber is needed, however PFAS must incorporate shock-absorbing functionality for use in fall arrest.
