    -- External D-batteries were replaced and the LED light pattern indicates that the internal batteries are dead. These are not user-serviceable batteries.
    NEEDS NEW INTERNAL BATTERIES.
    Comes with a nice Pelican case that still has the tag on it. These Locus are in nice cosmetic condition as I dont think this setup made it into the field often.
    They will not work without replacing the internal batteries.
    The new external D batteries I installed for testing have been removed.
