Marked used becuase I stored it upside down and it leaked a good bit of oil. It shouldn't affect the functionality of the device but it will need a good cleaning. It comes with everything pictured. From what I can tell it is only missing one of the tension washers. But let me know if you see something else missing. Comes with original box and manual. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
