1996 Converted School Bus to class c motorhome RV.

Description

1996 Converted School Bus to class c motorhome RV.  Mattress not included, but it is a queen size.  Curtains, couch pillows/covers, lamps, all brand new, are included and the mini fridge and built in's are included too.  This has a RV heating and AC unit bought brand new in 2017.  All wired up to plug in for electric at any camp ground, 120v and it is plumbed to connect for running water in the sink.  No shower or septic tanks.  We always used a porty potty and we took showers at the camp grounds.  Freshly painted on the outside too.  We are moving to the lake full time, so no need for it anymore.   The Cummins Diesel engine runs like a champ, no mechanical issues.  Already registered in the state of Texas as an RV.  Has a back door and plenty of storage.  130K miles.  There is also a small window unit we used on extra hot Texas summer days...we all know how those are, but the RV unit itself will cool you down plenty too.  The original AC unit for the bus does not work and we never checked to see what it would take to fix it, we just installed the RV unit.  24 feet long from front to back.  Longer than a short bus, as it has the access door in the back.   We have had 5 years of FUN with this bus and it's hard to say goodbye.
